Why do you believe the star student athlete should be recognized?

She started playing softball when she was seven years old. Didn’t get much free time. Most weekends she had games. Missed hanging out with friends and family gatherings. By her choice of course. Lorna has always been dedicated to softball and always dreamed of playing in college. Her dream was answered while playing at a showcase in Colorado. She received her first offer from a HBCU and that is where she’ll continue her education and softball career.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star student athlete?

She loves reading and writing poetry and wants to write a book one day. Lorna also loves giving to the homeless.

Keep up the great work, Lorna 12th grade!
