Garden Grove Man Accused In Botched Bank Robbery
An employee of a popular craft store was arrested at work Monday on suspicion of trying to rob a Wells Fargo bank earlier this month.

GARDEN GROVE, CA - A Hobby Lobby employee remained behind bars Tuesday on suspicion of robbing an Orange County bank earlier this month.
Samuel Hunter McClintock, a 20-year-old Garden Grove resident, was being held on $100,000 bail following his arrest Monday afternoon at his job at a Hobby Lobby store in Santa Ana, Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said.
Police asked for the public's help in cracking the case, which led to a tip that allowed Santa Ana Police to link McClintock to the Dec. 19 attempted holdup at the Wells Fargo branch at the 3700 block of W. McFadden Ave., Bertagna said.
