Man Ejaculated In Co-Worker's Water Bottle, Smeared Semen: DA
"Jane Doe," who worked in an O.C. office with the accused, also ate multiple times from a semen-contaminated honey pot, officials said.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA – A 27-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on charges of ejaculating into a co-worker's honey jar, water bottle and smearing his semen on her computer mouse at a La Palma office.
Stevens Millancastro was charged with two misdemeanor counts of battery and three misdemeanor counts of attempted vandalism. He also faces sentencing enhancements for committing the crimes for his sexual gratification, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
Millancastro, a Palmdale resident also known as Stevens Millan, has worked with the victim since 2014 in La Palma, prosecutors said.

According to the District Attorney's Office, between November and December 2016, Millancastro allegedly placed his semen twice in the woman's honey jar, and she later ate from it, prosecutors said.
"Jane Doe consumed the contaminated honey approximately every other day without knowing it contained the defendant’s semen," the office said.

He also allegedly ejaculated into the woman's water bottle twice, prosecutors said. The victim noticed the water looked cloudy and threw away the bottles each time.
On Jan. 9, the woman noticed that a third water bottle on her desk appeared to have semen in it, so she reported it to her supervisors, prosecutors said.
Her supervisor put a surveillance camera in her office and the defendant was seen going into her office before she discovered semen smeared on her computer mouse on Jan. 13, prosecutors said.
"Jane Doe reported the crimes to the La Palma Police Department, who investigated this case and arrested Millan" Tuesday, the district attorney's office said.
Millancastro faces up to two years and six months in jail if convicted, and he would have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
The case echoes one against Michael Kevin Lallana, who was sentenced in April 2011 to 180 days in jail for secretly ejaculating twice in a co-worker's water bottle, from which she later drank. The two worked together in offices in Newport Beach and Orange. (Previous coverage: Semen-in-Water-Bottle Conviction Upheld.)
