My parents live near Weaver elementary in Rossmoor and their 5 pound chihuahua went missing today! Please let me know if you see her, very friendly… (Nextdoor Rossmoor) - My daughter and I have noticed a black Range Rover, possibly a 2009 model, driving very slowly down our street with its brights on.
