Seal Beach Police Seek Driver Who Left Scene of Motorcycle Crash

A motorcyclist is in critical condition today after crashing on Seal Beach Boulevard.

SEAL BEACH, CA – Seal Beach police are asking for help finding witnesses or drivers who may have been involved with a crash Sunday that left a motorcyclist in critical condition.

A 62-year-old Garden Grove man is in critical condition today after crashing at 9:37 p.m. Sunday night on Seal Beach Boulevard, just prior to the northbound I-405 freeway on-ramp. A dark-colored truck was seen leaving the area, according to the Seal Beach Police Department.

ā€œWitnesses indicated that a dark colored pickup truck was seen in the area of the accident and may or may not be involved,ā€ Sgt. Mike Henderson said in a written statement. ā€œThe injured rider was treated by the Orange County Fire Authority Paramedics and transported to the UCI Trauma Center.ā€
