My name is Clint Blakely and I’m a product of Mountain View High School's performing arts departments, where I fell in love with music singing with the Madrigals. I hold a BA in Jazz Voice from USC's Thornton School of Music. I've played &amp; sung music around the world – Los Angeles bars &amp; clubs, Amsterdam concert halls, Rio de Janeiro churches... I love teaching lessons over Zoom! For the past 5 years, I’ve taught students all over the world whose ages range from 4 years old to 60+. My students have a wide variety of skill levels, from complete beginners to 10+ years of prior study. In my lessons, I combine technical instruction and creative exercises within a fun, encouraging atmosphere. The Los Altos High School Color Run is a fun-filled, community-wide event for all ages! On Saturday, March 26th, there are two races at LAHS: a community 5k "Fun" run at 5:00 pm, and a high school 5k "Fun" run at 7:00pm – complete with color powder stations, balloon arches and prizes. However, the best part for our youngest participants is the Community Festival at 6pm, featuring bounce houses, an egg hunt, face-painting, and music. There will also be kid-friendly long-jump, mini-bike, hoppy ball, and obstacle races with prizes. The festival and a Color Run t-shirt are included with race registration. All proceeds of the event benefit Los Altos High School's Athletics Program.
