My name is Clint Blakely and I’m a product of Mountain View High School's performing arts departments, where I fell in love with music singing with the Madrigals. I hold a BA in Jazz Voice from USC's Thornton School of Music. I've played &amp; sung music around the world – Los Angeles bars &amp; clubs, Amsterdam concert halls, Rio de Janeiro churches... I love teaching lessons over Zoom! For the past 5 years, I’ve taught students all over the world whose ages range from 4 years old to 60+. My students have a wide variety of skill levels, from complete beginners to 10+ years of prior study. In my lessons, I combine technical instruction and creative exercises within a fun, encouraging atmosphere. Known for her emotional honesty and captivating storytelling, Marina draws listeners in from the very first note. Her performances are intimate, heartfelt, and full of depth, moving through blues, jazz, and touches of romantic boleros with warmth and soul.
 
Marina has performed with many of the Bay Area’s most renowned musicians and has lit up stages at SFJAZZ, the Fillmore Jazz Festival, Portland’s Waterfront Blues Festival, San Jose Jazz’s Break Room, San Jose Jazz Summer Fest, and venues across the Bay Area and beyond.
