Body Found Off El Segundo Coast
The man was white, in his 50s and wearing a swim suit, El Segundo Police said.
EL SEGUNDO, CA - The body of a man was discovered off the coast in El Segundo, authorities said Monday.
A member of the public flagged down lifeguards about 4:15 p.m. Sunday to tell them about the body in the ocean around 301 Vista Del Mar, said El Segundo police Sgt. K. McShane. The man was white, in his 50s and wearing a swim suit, he said.
Lifeguards retrieved the body from the ocean, he said. Police and the coroner's office were investigating the death.
