• California Education Dept says LA district erred when it said teacher's lack of intent means she didn't discriminate against Jews (columbusjewishnews.com) — Manhattan Beach families should know the state has ordered Manhattan Beach Unified to reverse course and implement antisemitism and bias training for all staff at Mira Costa High after finding a teacher's Israel–Gaza lesson discriminatory. The ruling says intent doesn't excuse the impact on Jewish and other students, and the district has accepted the decision and begun corrective steps due by late October.
