Suspected Burglar Arrested; Stolen Phones, Burglary Tools Found Inside Car
The suspect, Lynwood resident Benjamin Hernandez, 28, had an extensive criminal history that included arrests for weapons and drugs.

EL SEGUNDO, CA -- Police arrested a suspected vehicle burglar in El Segundo Sunday and found some stolen cell phones and burglary tools inside his car.
Officers spotted the suspect’s car a little before 5 a.m. in the area of Pine Avenue and Loma Vista Street, where it had been driving with the headlights off and eventually parked in a red zone, according to El Segundo police Sgt. Hugo Perez.
“They seen him, contacted him and found the burglary tools,” Hugo said.
