The History of Menlo Park -- the Good Old' Days

Join local historians Michael Demeter and Gil Workman of the Menlo Park Historical Association for a fascinating look back at Menlo Park in the Old Days. Michael Demeter will discuss his family’s immigration from Europe in the 1920s and growing up in the 40s’ and 50s. Gil Workman will highlight the city’s historical landmarks including the Menlo Park Railroad Station, the Barron-Latham-Hopkins Gate Lodge, and the Nativity Church. You will delight in remembering the old places and faces about town. Learn new facts that will remind you why Menlo Park is a great place to live, work, and play.
