Rachana will present a lecture on the historical background of the Kuchipudi dance tradition, an ancient Hindu dance form which has its roots in South India. She will also perform her art, known for its graceful movements and strong narrative/dramatic trait, and invite the audience to learn a few dance steps with her. You can also enjoy a traditional Indian cuisine in our Café before the performance that is sure to delight your senses.
