Join local birding expert Larry Spivak for a 1-hour introductory meeting for a basic birding class to be held this Fall. In that class you will learn how to identify our local birds and about the lives of these fascinating creatures. This presentation will give you an overview of the course which will include: Field guides, binoculars, categories of birds, identifying bird characteristics, bird adaptations and more.

Larry, a longtime member of the Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society, will get you enthused about taking outdoor excursions that will keep your eyes to the skies above.
