"Preventing a Second Stroke: What You Need to Know"

The Pacific Stroke Association is delighted to welcome Bhavya Rehani, MD, as part of our ongoing Here & Now series, to discuss what you need to know about preventing a second stroke. This program is provided free of charge in partnership with Peninsula Volunteers at the Little House Activity Center.

Dr. Rehani is Assistant Professor In Residence in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at the University of California, San Francisco. Prior to joining UCSF in 2014, Dr. Rehani was at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Rehani was a co-investigator in two NIH intramural research projects, has multiple publications, given national and international presentations and received multiple awards for her work in stroke imaging and global health and health policy.

As always, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions as part of the presentation.
