The Pacific Stroke Association is delighted to welcome Sherril Hopper, RN, MSN, FNP-C, ANVC-BC, CNRN-BC as part of our ongoing Here & Now series, to discuss all you need to know Women and Stroke. This program is provided FREE of charge in partnership with Peninsula Volunteers at the Little House Activity Center, and will be followed by light refreshments in the courtyard.

Sherril has been the Stroke Program Coordinator at El Camino Hospital, Mountain View since 2007. In her endless pursuit of education and growth she graduated from Georgetown University’s MSN/FNP program in July of 2013. She immediately followed that by beginning ANVC’s NETSMART-AP neurovascular fellowship, which she completed in early 2015. In early 2014 Sherril was selected by the Joint Commission to participate in the Afib Stroke Prevention Panel. Sherril also serves as a board member for the Association of Neurovascual Clinicians. Sherril has been passionate about stroke treatment and the education of staff, patients, and community.
