Sold for Over 20% Above Asking Price

In November I toured a home for sale on 1330 Hillcrest in Millbrae. At the time that I reviewed this home on the 8z blog, I suggested that this home was a great value at the asking price of $808K. My had predicted that this home would sell quickly, and likely with many offers.  I had also expected that it would be sold for more than the listing price.

So to nobody's surprise, this home has already sold, but even more impressively, was the closing price.  This deal closed on December 28th for $980,000, which is $172,000 or 21.2% above the asking price after just 11 days on the market.
