Join FIT4MOM South San Francisco for a FREE community class in celebration of the arrival of fall! In this class, you will have the opportunity to experience both our signature Stroller Strides and Strides 360 formats and determine which class(es) may be a fit for you.
Come spend time with fellow mamas in our community! You can come by yourself (mom-only) or bring your little one along in your stroller to exercise. Free coffee will be available.
- Date: Sunday, September 27, 2026
- Location: SSF Library / P&R building - 901 Civic Campus Way, South San Francisco (outdoors - meet in grass area in front of the library)
- Time: 9:30am-10:30am. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in before class starts.
