The Millbrae Community Center is offering 6 class series' of Painting with Pastels, led by Susas Strong, for interested participants ages 18 and up.
Explore the unique beauty of chalk pastels. Learn through step-by-step demonstrations on how to create vibrant still life and landscape paintings. Participants will learn to mix colors directly on paper to create form and depth. Composition, color theory and drawing skills will evelve as we explore the fun and ease of working with chalk pastels. Ask for a supply list when registering for the class or call the Millbrae Recreation Department at the Millbrae Community Center. Some supplies will be provided and beginners are welcome.
