On November 20th the Millbrae Library is hosting another workshop in its series of computer basics training courses. This one, Photoshop Elements, will guide you throught the steps of learning how to crop, edit, and retouch images using this powerful photo-editing program, which is available on all San Mateo County Library PCs. . Previous computer basics classes are recommended for participants. These courses are great for anyone who feels less than computer savvy and could use some (free) one-on-one instruction.
