3 Burglary Suspects Arrested In Mill Valley
Three Bay Area residents were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of burglary tools.

MILL VALLEY, CA – Three burglary suspects were arrested early Tuesday morning in Mill Valley.
A Mill Valley police officer stopped a GMC Yukon driving through the parking lot of the Mill Valley Recreation Center at 2:22 p.m. The SUV did not have license plates and had other vehicle equipment violations, police said.
The driver, Cody Dorney, of Oakland, had a suspended driver's license and was on probation, according to police. A passenger and registered owner of the vehicle, Shalah Neller, of Napa, was also on probation and had a warrant for her arrest in Marin County.

Another passenger, James Redfern, of Oakland, was also on probation, police said. He was found sleeping under a large bag in the middle row of the SUV.
Police said they found drug packages and paraphernalia inside the vehicle as well as three stolen bicycles and items of identification, credit cards and checks that did not belong to anyone in the vehicle. There were also bags and backpacks with tools, lights and lock picking and cutting equipment associated with burglary and theft, according to police.

All three were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of burglary tools. Neller was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property, while Redfern was also arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property.
