Tiburon Wine Bar - new and improved!

Located at 84 Main Street in downtown Tiburon, the new and improved Main Street Wine Bar & Bottle Shop is a neighborhood gem with both indoor and outdoor seating. Formerly known as Prima Palate, which carried an impressive selection of rare Italian wines, this charming wine bar now features wine from California and all over the world! You can browse the entire wine selection online.

Special wines from small producers are available for purchase [starting as low as $15/bottle] and by the glass, including sparkling wine, rosé, white and red wines. Beer, artisan cheese plates, and an assortment of gourmet foods are also available. The bar menu changes often.

In addition to an updated wine list and by-the-glass offerings, Main Street Wine Bar & Bottle Shop is pleased to announce the addition of more indoor seating, heat lamps for the outdoor patio tables, a water filtration system from Switzerland, a top-of-the-line espresso machine, and extended hours.

The shop is open seven days a week with Happy Hour from 4-6 pm Monday-Friday and during 3-5 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please check the events page for special tastings.

The proprietor, Nancy Larson, is a 15-year resident of Tiburon; she purchased the shop earlier this year and is very excited about the improvements. Nancy is currently a culinary student at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena; she will graduate in May of 2013, at which point she looks forward to spending more time at the shop. Enjoying fine wine, cooking, and entertaining are a few of Nancy’s life-long passions.
