Sausalito Ferry Service Shut Down Next Week
All Golden Gate Ferry operations to and from Sausalito will be shut down next Tuesday and Wednesday.

SAUSALITO, CA – All Golden Gate Ferry operations to and from Sausalito will be shut down next Tuesday and Wednesday during a major inspection of the Sausalito Ferry landing, according to the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District.
Half-day shutdowns also are scheduled for Dec. 7 and 8. The ferry will leave San Francisco at 12:55 p.m. and depart from Sausalito at 1:55 p.m. on those days.
Another half-day shutdown is tentatively scheduled for Dec. 11.

Golden Gate Ferry and the Blue & Gold Fleet will not be operating to and from the Sausalito Ferry landing.
Sausalito ferry customers can use Golden Gate Transit buses, which will have regular and additional service, the Golden Gate Larkspur and Tiburon ferries, or the Blue & Gold Fleet to and from Tiburon.

Weekend service on Dec. 9 and 10 will not be impacted by the shutdowns, and full ferry operations are expected to resume Dec. 12.
The tentatively scheduled half-day shutdown on Dec. 11 may not take place if the inspection is completed by then, district officials said.
