MILL VALLEY, CA – A gas line break shut down part of a main thoroughfare in Mill Valley Monday morning, police said.

The Mill Valley Police Department alerted residents around 11 a.m. that southbound Miller Avenue at Reed Street was closed. Residents were urged to use East Blithedale Avenue instead.
TRAFFIC ALERT: Gas line break on Miller causing SB Miller @ Reed to be closed. If possible, use E Blithedale until further notice.
