Marine Mammal Center, Police Rescue Stranded Sea Lion
The sea lion was found near McLaughlin Eastshore State Park in San Francisco's East Bay.
SAUSALITO, CA – Marine Mammal Center personnel and East Bay Regional Parks police officers helped rescue a wayward sea lion over the weekend.
The marine mammal was found stranded Saturday near the beach at McLaughlin Eastshore State Park, according to the East Bay Regional Park District Police Department.
The sea lion was taken to the Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito. There is no update available on its condition.
