Muir Woods National Monument, Marin Headlands Visitors Center Closed Due To Weather

MARIN COUNTY, CA – Muir Woods National Monument and Marin Headlands Visitors Center in Marin County will be closed Tuesday due to stormy weather in the region, park officials said.

Golden Gate National Recreation Area officials have also closed Stinson Beach, Muir Beach, the
Muir Beach Overlook and Tennessee Valley Beach.

Officials said falling trees at these locations could pose significant safety hazards to visitors as well as staff.
