Sex Offender Arrested For Violating Parole: Mill Valley Police

Bobby Luca was arrested in Mill Valley on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender and violating parole.

MILL VALLEY, CA – A convicted sex offender was arrested for violating his parole Thursday in downtown Mill Valley, police said.

Officers approached a "suspicious subject," later identified as 55-year-old Bobby Luca, in the downtown area, according to the Mill Valley Police Department.

Luca is wanted by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for violating the terms and conditions of his parole by failing to register as a sex offender, police said. He also has multiple parole violations, many of which are for failing to register as a sex offender.

Luca was arrested and booked into Marin County Jail on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender, violating parole, and giving false information to a police officer.
