Tiburon Ferry Now Makes Evening Runs Between Southern Marin, San Francisco

TIBURON, CA — Effective this week, the Tiburon Ferry line now makes evening runs to and from San Francisco.

Blue & Gold Fleet, which operates Tiburon Ferry service, announced Wednesday that the ferry will now depart from San Francisco to Tiburon at 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and at 8:30 p.m. and 10:05 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

The ferry will depart from Tiburon to San Francisco at 9:05 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

"This additional service is a benefit to both visitors and residents of Tiburon-Belvedere and Southern Marin,” said Carolyn Horgan, president of Blue & Gold Fleet. "Not only can visitors stay longer in Tiburon to enjoy the restaurants and shops, but resident can also stay longer in San Francisco.”

The new evening service will be offered Monday through Sunday through Oct. 1.

From Oct. 2 through Jan. 1, the evening service will be offered Friday through Sunday only.
