Woman Assaulted In Mill Valley

MILL VALLEY, CA – A woman was reportedly assaulted last month in downtown Mill Valley.

The victim said the assault happened sometime between the early evening of Jan. 25 and the next morning, according to the Mill Valley Police Department. The assault, which was reported on Jan. 26, remains under investigation.

There is currently no suspect.

"As with all cases, this incident is being taken very seriously and is under investigation," police said in a press release. "Due to the sensitive nature of the incident we will not be releasing any further information at this time."
