3 Men Arrested In Alleged Stolen Vehicle At Great Mall
Three suspects, including an unidentified minor, were taken into custody in an allegedly stolen vehicle last Sunday, according to police.

MILPITAS - Three suspects, including an unidentified minor, were taken into custody in an allegedly stolen vehicle last Sunday, according to the Milpitas Police Department.
An officer patrolling in the 1100 block of Great Mall Drive spotted a stolen Kia Optima at 3:27 p.m., March 27.
Police conducted surveillance on the vehicle and saw three suspects return to it.

They staged a high-risk stop, taking Raymond Lee Smith and Cachius Lamiere Brown, both 19-year-old residents of San Jose, into custody along with a juvenile who was not publicly identified.
Brown was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Smith was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle.
The minor turned out to be a runaway, and was released back into the custody of a group home, according to police.
