Fremont Attempted Murder Suspect Is Arrested
Police arrested a man on suspicion of attempted murder after a stabbing in Fremont Tuesday night.

FREMONT - Police arrested a man on suspicion of attempted murder after a stabbing in Fremont Tuesday night.
Officers were dispatched to Richmond Avenue at 10:56 p.m. on report of a stabbing.
They found a man suffering from stab wounds that were not thought to be life-threatening. He was transported to a trauma center, according to police.

The victim was able to identify the suspect as a 26-year-old resident of Newark, who was subsequently found while riding a bicycle in the vicinity of Central Avenue and Farwell Drive.
The suspect fled, but was apprehended and arrested in the vicinity of Central Avenue and Centralmont Place.
