Milpitas Man Arrested For Exposing Himself To Teens: Police

The alleged incidents happened near Burnett Elementary School and Augustine Park.

MILPITAS, CA — A 23-year-old Milpitas man was arrested Monday on suspicion of exposing himself to three teenage girls last week.

According to Milpitas police, Mohammad Qais is suspected of showing his genitals to two 15-year-olds and a 14-year-old at two different locations in Milpitas last week.

While police were in the area of Augustine Park on Monday searching for witnesses and video surveillance on one of the incidents, they observed Qais, who matched the suspect description in both cases of a young Middle Eastern male with a beard and goatee, walking on Cortez Street just west of Augustine Park.
