Milpitas Police Arrest Alleged Drug Pusher
Tip: If you don't want to attract police attention, make sure both license plates on your vehicle match.

MILPITAS, CA — A San Jose man was arrested early Friday morning after officers allegedly discovered several controlled substances for sale in his vehicle, according to police.
Police said officers conducting a patrol of a 24 Hour Fitness just after midnight spotted a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot with two different license plates.
According to police, neither plate belonged to the vehicle.

Officers were able to detain the occupant, 33-year-old Barret Logue, who was on probation in Santa Clara County.
A search of the vehicle yielded around seven grams of heroin, 21 oxycodone pills, and other drug paraphernalia allegedly associated with the sales of controlled substances.

Police said Logue was booked into the Santa Clara County jail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sales, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
