Milpitas Police Seek Armed Robber

He's believed to have committed four robberies--3 in San Jose and 1 in Milpitas. Do you recognize him from these photos?

Police today released photos of a man linked to three armed robberies in San Jose and a fourth in Milpitas earlier this year.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his mid to late 20s, standing between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet tall with an athletic build and mustache, San Jose police Officer Albert Morales said.

The images show the suspect wearing Nike Cortez shoes, Morales said.

The first robbery took place in Milpitas just before 7:15 p.m. on March 5, according to Morales.

The other three robberies happened later that same month at a Shell gas station at 101 Bernal Road around 8:45 p.m. on March 11, St. James Park around 9:15 a.m. on March 16 and a Taco Bell restaurant at 720 Story Road shortly after 10 a.m. on March 20, Morales said.

In each case, the suspect was armed with a dark-colored handgun, demanded cash from the victims and then fled, police said. The suspect is believed to be armed and dangerous, according to police.
