
No one was reported injured this afternoon after a boat capsized with two passengers on board in the area of the Alviso Marina County Park in San Jose, according to the San Jose Fire Department.
Fire Capt. Peter Caponio said San Jose fire crews along with the department’s search and rescue team responded to a report of a capsized vessel at Hope and Mills streets at 12:39 p.m.
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service personnel were able to retrieve two men from the boat, Caponio said. He said he did not know why it capsized.
