- Yesterday, while checking the expiration date on my loosely stored household batteries, the 9 volt battery became quite hot.
I googled it and I learned that the 9 volt as well as the others could've sparked a fire. There is a proper way to store loose batteries using… (Nextdoor Milpitas) - Be careful buying milk from the local Safeway.
