Police Arrest Two Suspects With Stolen Motorcycle

An officer spotted the stolen motorcycle and waited for the suspects to return.

MILPITAS, CA — A Milpitas Police Officer spotted a stolen motorcycle in the Walmart parking lot last Friday.

According to police, "Officers conducted surveillance and contacted Brandon White and Christina Koenig as they were about to get onto the motorcycle. White falsely identified himself to an officer by presenting a fictitious Texas identification card."

Police arrested the pair. White was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for theft of a motorcycle, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a fictitious identification card, possession of stolen property, falsely identifying himself to an officer, and an outstanding warrant.

Koenig was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on an outstanding warrant for identity theft and narcotic related offenses.

Police also recovered the black 2007 Honda CBR motorcycle reported stolen from San Jose on August 22.
