Police Investigate Homicide At Milpitas Business

MILPITAS, CA —A homicide investigation has begun in Milpitas following the discovery of a body early Saturday at a business, police said.

At 12:53 a.m. police and firefighters responded to a business on Winsor Street because someone reported a medical emergency.

Officers arrived within two minutes and found a person had died. Police said the circumstances surrounding the death are suspicious so officers are treating it as a homicide.

Police are not releasing any other information now, including the victim's name.
