Stockton Man Sitting in Stolen Car Arrested in Milpitas
The car had been reported stolen out of San Jose, and 20-year-old Delwing Antonio Hernandez was seated inside, according to police.

Police arrested a Stockton man early Friday morning in Milpitas after allegedly finding the suspect sitting in a stolen vehicle.
Milpitas police patrolling the parking lot of a motel in the 200 block South Abbott Avenue saw a red Toyota Corolla and checked its plates around 3:30 a.m. Friday.
The car had been reported stolen out of San Jose, and 20-year-old Delwing Antonio Hernandez was seated inside, according to police.

Hernandez was already on probation for a previous incident involving a stolen car, according to police. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property and violating the terms of his probation.
