The List: Where to Celebrate César Chávez Day
César Chávez was a revolutionary leader in civil and labor rights, and here's a list of places to pay tribute.

March 31 marks César Chávez Day, the birthday of labor leader and civil rights activist, César Chávez. Born into a family of migrant farm workers in central California, he became a leader for labor rights. In 1962, he co-founded the United Farm Workers, which was the first successful farm workers’ union in the United States. His work influenced other workers’ rights movements.
