Woman Killed in Milpitas Crash
Two vehicles crashed at the intersection of Jacklin Road and North Milpitas Boulevard, blocking traffic for several hours.

MILPITAS, CA — A woman died in a two-car crash in Milpitas this morning, according to police.
Officers responded at 5:53 a.m. to the crash at the intersection of North Milpitas Boulevard and Jacklin Road, police Sgt. Bryan Hinkley said.
A Toyota Highlander and Toyota Camry collided and the woman, who was driving one of the two vehicles, died at the scene, Hinkley said. He declined to say what vehicle she was in.

The other driver suffered minor injuries in the crash. He cooperated with investigators and drugs or alcohol are not considered factors, according to Hinkley.
The cause of the collision is under investigation and police are seeking witnesses. Anyone who may have seen the crash is encouraged to call Milpitas police at (408) 586-2400.
