Election season is underway: Here's what you should know about signs

With election season underway, the City of Mission Viejo is reminding the public of its official ordinance relating to political signs.

Municipal Code Section 9.29.315 Temporary Signs states that “Temporary signs shall not be posted more than thirty days before the event to which they relate, except for political signs expressing a message relating to an election, and shall be removed within three days after said event or election.”
