New Spun-Chicken Joint Opens In South OC Mall

MISSION VIEJO, CA — Are you on the hunt for delicious chicken prepared without greases or heavy oils?

Dizzy Bird just opened for business in Mission Viejo, and residents can get a taste of the eatery's hot and fresh rotisserie chicken today.

Dizzy Bird's menu is inspired by the flavorful spatchcock chicken served historically in Lebanon, Greece and surrounding Mediterranean cities, Sarah Corrigan, a representative for the shopping mall, told Patch.

The menu focuses on rotisserie chicken infused with herbs, citrus and garlic. It is paired alongside signature sauces and will be featured in pressed wraps, on top of colorful bowls and salads, or a la carte.

Dizzy Bird is located in the Level 2 Dining Pavilion at The Shops at Mission Viejo.
