Crescenta High School Student Wins Award and Scholarship

Isabel Martos-Repath receives a silver award from the Hispanic Heritage Foundation and a $2,000 scholarship.

Isabel Martos-Repath, a Crescenta Valley High School student, was awarded a silver award from the Hispanic Heritage Foundation in engineering and mathematics.

The Crescenta Valley Weekly reports that "the award was sponsored by Exxon Mobil and included a $2,000 scholarship."

Martos-Repath told the community paper that “the school’s [website] has a scholarship section," and that is how she found out of the opportunity.
