Dance Performance 2013

FREE DANCE PERFORMANCE  HELD AT GLENDALE COLLEGE 
Dance Production 2013 will be presented in the Glendale Community College Dance Theatre Tuesday, May 28 through Sunday, June 2.           
Shows are at 8 p.m. on May 28, 12:20 p.m. and 8 p.m. on May 29 and 30, 8 p.m. on May 31 and June 1 and at 2 p.m. on June 2.           
Admission is free and open to the public.  No children under five admitted. Seating is limited and on a first come first served basis.  Early arrival is advised.  The Dance Theatre is located in the Sierra Nevada Gym.  For information call 818-240-1000 or go to www.glendale.edu/dance.  The college is located at 1500 N. The annual dance production has been held at the college for 43 years and features nearly 50 dancers in 16 different dances.  Dance Professor Dora Krannig and Emeritus Professor Lynn McMurrey direct the event.  Students both perform and choreograph the dances as part of their course work from the dance production and jazz performance skills classes.
