Food Drive: Help a Homebound Senior This Thanksgiving
Glendale officials are asking the community's help with its Thanksgiving Food Drive. Collections benefit homebound seniors.
Officials are asking the community to collect non-perishable food for seniors cannot leave their homes this Thanksgiving.
Locals can drop off a canned or dried food items to donation boxes throughout Glendale, including Glendale Civic Center, City Hall, the Municipal Services Building and the Perkins Building.

- Canned foods: meats, vegetables, fruits, soups, beans, chili
- Dry foods: cereals, powdered milk, pastas, rice, mashed potato mix
- Liquids: fruit and vegetable juices
- Other items: vacuum-packed salmon/tuna, dried fruits, peanut butter, jelly, nutrition bars
