GCC's Transfer Rate Tops State Average
Over half of the college's students reportedly advanced to 4-year schools.

Recently-released data shows that the transfer rate at Glendale Community College is nearly 10 percentage points higher than the state average.
57.1 percent of the college's students are moving on to four-year schools, or are earning degrees or certificates, according to results from Student Success Scorecard, a measurement system establish by the California Community Colleges Board of Governors.
The state average is 49.2 percent.
