Improvements And Newness In The Montrose Shopping Park

A new restaurant, a new building owner, store expansion and more. Here's what's happening in Montrose.

Take a stroll through the Montrose Shopping Park and you will find things to appreciate and look forward to. One of these is the soon opening of GUS & ANDY'S. With 80 years in the food and hospitality industry the owners are locals that love Montrose. They grew up here. They understand family, friends, community and grilling. The finishing touches are being put on the building and hiring has begun. Learn more about their story here.

Congratulations to CHRISTINE AYDIN, a lovely Montrose merchant and now owner of this building which used to house Tribe To Table and Veruca Salt. Part of it will become the new home of BENJAMIN & CO JEWELS, her longtime family business specializing in fine jewelry design.

It was an exciting store before but now HOLIDAY HOUSE INTERIORS is even bigger and better. They recently expanded into the empty storefront next door to take full advantage of the Christmas season. Holiday House specializes in seasonal home decor and gifts with their own line of custom home fragrance.

Have you noticed the improved cable barrier boxes? The large silver ones just didn't work out. After months of trying to come up with a solution CHRIS PEPLOW with the City Of Glendale came up with this design and built them himself! Thank you Chris!

REVOLUTION DANCE CENTER has a clean new look front and back. Their newly painted building houses a well organized dance program for kids.
