Man Fatally Struck by Pickup Truck in Sun Valley Identified
The driver, a 25-year-old North Hollywood woman, remained at the scene and was not arrested or cited, police said.
SUN VALLEY, CA -- Authorities Wednesday identified a man who was struck and killed by a pickup truck in the Sun Valley area.
Manuel Meza, 56, of Sun Valley was struck about 7 p.m. Sunday in the 8200 block of Lankershim Boulevard and died at the scene, said coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter.
The driver, a 25-year-old North Hollywood woman, remained at the scene and was not arrested or cited, said Los Angeles police Detective William Bustos of the Valley Traffic Division.
