Meeting Tonight: 3445 Altura Ave. Up for Sale
A former-GWP building could soon be sold at public auction.

If you live on Altura Avenue or frequent the intersection of Altura and New York avenues, you may want to attend a community meeting involving the potential sale of 3445 Altura Ave. Wednesday night.
The property (pictured at right) was formerly used as an electrical substation by Glendale Water and Water. City staff intends to recommend that the property be declared "surplus property" and put up for sale in a public auction. Staff must get the approval of City Council first.
A community meeting is being held Wednesday night to gauge community input and to explain the sale process.
