- The Moorpark High Street Arts Center's production of Harvey begins today. Tickets to the opening night show, which begins at 8 p.m., include an after-show champagne gala with the cast and are $13 for children 12 and younger, $17 for students, teachers, seniors and military personnel and $21 for everyone else. Get them online on the High Street Arts Center website.
- It's Moorpark Farmers Market day. Stock up on fresh fruits, vegetables and other goodies from 2 to 7 p.m. in the parking lot in front of Staples, near Los Angeles Avenue and Miller Parkway.
- Easter on the Farm at Underwood Family Farms begins today and runs through Saturday. There will be all the farm's regular features plus a labrynth, balloon artist, games and, of course the Easter Bunnyāall included with admission. Additional activities requiring tickets include an egg hunt, face painting, Easter tattoos, a grain train and Easter egg sling shot. Admission is $6 and children younger than two are free. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days. The farm is at 3370 Sunset Valley Road.
- The National Weather Service is predicting a high near 73 degrees and aĀ low near 44 degrees.
- Moorpark's lowest price per gallon for regular gas is $4.27, according to GasBuddy.com. Find it at the Union 76 station at 13800 Princeton Ave.
